For over 30 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people build stability, opportunity, and a better future through housing. My journey began in Mesa, Arizona in apartment leasing, where I quickly learned that housing is about far more than buildings — it is about people, families, security, and hope.

Through hard work, leadership, and hands-on experience, I advanced from leasing consultant to property manager and project manager, training and mentoring teams while helping communities operate with structure, accountability, and care. Over the years, I have worked directly with residents from all walks of life, listening to their struggles, celebrating their successes, and understanding the real challenges many families face every day.

What impacted me most throughout my career were the conversations with hardworking people who felt stuck — families paying rent year after year while believing homeownership was out of reach. I saw residents who simply lacked guidance, education, resources, or someone willing to walk beside them through the process. I also witnessed communities being changed by outside investors purchasing properties without truly investing in the people who live there.

Those experiences inspired my mission: helping Connecticut residents move from renting toward long-term financial stability, homeownership, and generational wealth. I believe our communities become stronger when local families are empowered with education, financial tools, and real support systems that help them succeed.

My passion is not just property management — it is people management, community growth, and creating pathways that give individuals confidence, knowledge, and opportunity. I believe everyone deserves to feel that homeownership and financial growth are possible, regardless of where they start.

Today, my work focuses on combining decades of housing industry experience with compassionate guidance, education, and advocacy to help individuals and families build a stronger future — one step at a time.
